Hillcrest Health Services is a leader in innovative services for aging adults in eastern Nebraska. Our integrated system of services offers a full continuum of care, including assisted living, memory support assisted living, outpatient therapy services, adult day services, skilled home health and personal care, inpatient rehabilitation, respite care, hospice, and compassionate end-of-life support.

The Hillcrest campuses are located in Papillion, Bellevue, Lincoln, and our home health and hospice services are available throughout Omaha. Specifically, we can travel to Dodge, Lancaster, Washington, Saunders, Douglas, Sarpy, Cass, Otoe, Pottawattamie and Mills counties.
