I loved that I had the opportunity to learn about all aspects of the summer camps I was involved in. My coworkers and managers were a blast to work with, and I had a consistent schedule and workplace that made it a pleasure to go to work every day. I loved developing relationships with the kids as we played and learned right alongside each other.
What I wish was different
I don’t have anything I would change about this summer. It was exactly what I needed and wanted!
Advice
Soak it all in, ask lots of questions, and be flexible. Learning only comes about when the teacher and the learner want to make the experience better, and the staff here definitely set a high standard for that.
