I liked that there is a lot of room to grow within the company. Growth is very important to me and any time I felt like I was not being challenged enough or I was not satisfied with my job I felt very comfortable having a conversation with my VP about it. My VP was always very good about listening to my ideas and giving me more responsibilities when I asked for them.
What I wish was different
There are a lot of people out in the field most of the day and not so much in the office. I spent a lot of time working in the office and I just would have preferred having someone else with me majority of the time. I am a more productive worker when I have others around me being productive as opposed to being alone.
Advice
This is a really great experience if you are looking to get your foot in the door in the home improvement business or have sales and marketing interests. By having the motivation to do hard work you will see it pay off in the end.
