Some outdated and/or broken items made it hard to do the job in the most effective and productive way.
Advice
Be prepared to work hard with potentially late hours. A wonderful and unique opportunity to provide guests with great service.

What I liked
I enjoy being part of a team. I like interacting with the guest and building a friendship. I like how my job requires me to multitask. I enjoy traveling to other franchises to lend a helping hand.
