What I liked

What I liked about this job was meeting and helping people that really needed guidance and support. Teaching them the importance of caring for themselves and how to do it properly was something that made me smile when I can see a smile on their faces. The experience of people that can not live at home but learn how to live at home with manners and respect.

What I wish was different

What I wish would have been different about this job was the scheduling, at this job under staffed, and I did not know if I could get off like a regular shift. In this particular job you are mandated if a person doesn't show up.

Advice

I would advise this job to hire more people per shift whereas there would always be 1 staff member per 3 or 4 children per shift, and always have a backup plan without overworking the staff members.
