This is an amazing place to do your TEM practicum. Not only will you learn a lot about nonprofit work and event planning, but you will also gain skills in communication and fundraising. The supervisor is very nice and will help you grow in your skills, and the office environment is very friendly and welcoming. You get a lot of responsibility which is great but they will be there to help and encourage you each step of the way.
What I wish was different
I do not think this position would be good for someone who needs more than 20 hours a week. It picks up closer to event day but it can be a little light on the workload in the middle.
