HTC has an extremely tight-knit community feel throughout the workplace. All departments are willing to help interns grow and learn. The internship program is the best I have ever been a part of.
What I wish was different
I do wish I would have been able to intern in a different department that followed closer to what I intend to do when I graduate. However, I was extremely happy with the Supply Department and they were very helpful in my ability to learn and grow.
Advice
Create Relationships with people. I have been constant contact with my supervisor and others from HTC. These relationships will 100% be beneficial to me in the future.

What I wish was different
I wish that the company would have been more prepared for an intern. I had stuff to do in the first few weeks but very quickly my opportunities to participate dwindled. There were multiple days where I had nothing to do and I was looking for experience.
