Working at IPCC for a summer was one of the best experiences. I made fond memories and friends for a lifetime! The work hours were very flexible and they worked with my schedule. I got to work in a variety of settings including kitchen, hospitality, facilities and recreation. Having the Christian atmosphere at this beautiful camp for a summer increased my faith and grew me closer to those around me.

What I liked
Working at IPCC was such an amazing experience because it brought me many new friends and memories along with the job. It was so much fun living in the cabins with coworkers and I always enjoyed waking up to the beautiful scenery. The entire staff was very welcoming, supportive, and created a strong Christian atmosphere. I liked working at IPCC because every day we were doing something different and usually interacting with the campers in some way. They even provided a ropes course training if you wanted to get certified to run the zip line and ropes course which I loved doing!

Be prepared to do yard work, clean the cabins, and work in the kitchen at times.

What I liked
The people were the best part. Not just the full timers but also my fellow summer staff. I made a lot of friends over the summer and had fun too.

Advice
The work is hard and the kitchen is a real learning curve, but the people make it worth it.
