What I liked
I love getting the responsibility and experience of providing nursing care to adults with various disabilities. I get to work under a nurse who has mentored me through my learning throughout this summer. I love that I am trusted with the experience of being knowledgable enough to respond to any medical situation that may occur.

What I liked
I loved working at camp! My coworkers were incredible and I learned that I can handle myself in high stress environments! The best part of camp was all of the campers I met and was able to form connections with.
What I wish was different
I do wish that there was more ability to take breaks, being a camp counselor is a full time, 24/7 position but I would have enjoyed small breaks throughout the week.
Advice
Being flexible and being able to adapt moment to moment, week by week, is very important!
