About Illinois Applied Research Institute

The Illinois Applied Research Institute is a joint initiative of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign College of Engineering and Office of the Vice Chancellor of Research. The ARI provides the University with a formalized conduit for partnerships with outside organizations such as companies and the mission-driven agencies with the purpose of collaborating on open, proprietary, or classified projects.
