There was a mentor to teach me about software engineering concepts not found in the classroom, and there were plenty of opportunities to learn new things.

I wish there were more opportunities for advancement with competitive pay rates.

This is a mission-driven agency. If you want to help students and are willing to do some personal development in order to fulfill that mission, you will be successful.
