What I liked
ILSCO is a company where you get to see how everything is done, from developing a new product to seeing how customers are responding to the product. Everyone at ILSCO is willing to slow down and explain key concepts with you in a fun and friendly way. The experience I had here taught me a lot about how to manage a product, knowing if it is worth it to move forward with an idea, and how to work across multiple departments and engage with multiple people to accomplish a goal.
