What I liked
My coworkers at In Control were extremely helpful and happy to assist my learning in the field of Automation. The culture was excellent, and each day as an Intern exciting and engaging. After learning the basics of the control systems, I began working with other engineers on projects.
While working on specific projects, I got firsthand experience in PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, VFDs, electrical troubleshooting, and project startup. The variety of work was extremely valuable in understanding the different aspects of automation, and I am thoroughly satisfied with the knowledge I gained.
