The team at IncentiFind is an amazing group of people who are really passionate about green energy and making green incentives available to a more diverse group of consumers. The work involved a lot of research about state energy incentives and policies. They really want their interns to excel and be a part of the team. They gave me a great deal of responsibility which I appreciated.
What I wish was different
I worked remotely for them but I wish I had been able to be in the office with everyone else. They're such a great group! They work hard but have fun too!
Advice
Be ready to shift gears as needed due to changing priorities in projects.

What I liked
Everyone at IncentiFind was really great to work with! I really felt valued and challenged as an intern for this company. Everyone had complete confidence in my work and ability to accomplish the goals of the internship. The work was interesting and everyone truly has a passion for what they are doing.
What I wish was different
I worked remotely as the corporate office is in Houston, TX. I wish I could have worked with everyone in the office rather than remotely, they're such a great group of people.
Advice
Be prepared to switch gears a lot. This is a startup company where needs and priorities can change quickly. Don't get too comfortable in a task as you may be asked to jump in on another project. Great real-world experience! Nothing ever goes as planned!
