You get traveling experience and get to meet a lot of really awesome people.

Advice
You work in adverse conditions, rain or shine, for up to 16 hours in a day and can be gone from home for up to a month plus at a time. It’s not for everyone, so know what you’re going in to before hand.

Get sleep when you can because sleeping is something that isn’t a priority for this job.
