My coworkers were amazing and my boss was so organized that it made my every day tasks easier for me to accomplish. It was the right amount of responsibility and mentoring I needed for my field.
What I wish was different
I wish I was able to plan more of the events, but I was not disappointed with the amount of effort I put into each event.

What I liked
I got to work with teenage volunteers, which was nice because I want to be a secondary education teacher. It gave me experience working with the kids I want to work with in my career.

What I liked
I loved being around the kids and making memories with them. Getting to know them and making a difference in their lives was very rewarding.
What I wish was different
I wish that upper management wasn't so cliche-y. There was lots of drama between lead staff which lead to favoritism.
Advice
I would reccomend this job to anybody who likes children. It is a fun and fulfilling summer job.
