The company is a small, growing company that has fantastic employees. It is very interesting working with renewable energy and seeing how everything works when all pieced together in a photovoltaic system either on a roof, ground, or solar tracker.

When starting a new job, make sure to interact with every department of the company. Get to know the other coworkers regardless if they are working directly with you or not. Do not be afraid to ask questions because people are always willing to teach you what they know.
