What I wish was different
Slightly more standardized training procedures would improve the experience, and perhaps a simple manual of work procedures, since training sometimes incidentally skipped over important processes like checking out specific orders.
Advice
Wear good shoes. It's a lot of walking--unless you already walk five or ten miles a day, you won't be prepared for it--and good shoes make all the difference. In fact, consider having two pairs of shoes and alternating them between days.
