Inovar Is a growing business with lots of potential. The people are friendly and knowledgeable, and help with any questions and projects you have. They are very flexible and you can almost come in whenever you want, so long as you are productive in that time.
What I wish was different
They don't want you working full-time, so you will be asked to work less if your average hours are over 30 per week.
Advice
Have an open mind. I was not particularly excited to work here when I started, but I am now enjoying the work very much. You will gain skills, and become more familiar with good manufacturing processes.

Engineering Intern
June 2018 • Logan, UT
What I liked
Great place to work. People are really friendly and want to see you succeed. Upper management stays involved in the day-to-day business and tries to learn everyone's names.
What I wish was different
Higher salary just because I have a family to support during school.
Advice
Get as much experience as you can. Even if you don't end up staying where you intern, the experience is very useful and gives you an idea of what you should expect after graduation. Not only on what you might be doing, but also as far as competitive pay.
