I like the breadth of the job and the impact that my work has. Through my position, I analyze companies' environmental and social performance and I am engaging with topics varying from conflict minerals to greenhouse gas emissions and executive compensation.

Advice
I would suggest being patient in your job search and taking the time and effort to find a position that is a good fit. In college a lot of hiring happens at different times for different types of jobs. Do not stress about other peoples' timelines--- focus on finding the right fit for you.
