What I liked
I liked that Insulet valued all ideas even from just an intern. I was able to make actual changes to SOPs and the line that made a difference in production numbers and patients lives.
What I wish was different
I only wish I had gotten on the team earlier.
Advice
I would say always go the backroads (route 62) if you're commuting from west of Billerica because route 3 is just not worth it.
