My bosses were good role models and teachers, my co-workers were fun to work with, and the kids were really cute. It was super rewarding and social work.
What I wish was different
I wish my commute hadn't been so long and that my hours had been more reliable. I also wish my pay had been higher.
Advice
IDS does have a year-long commitment agreement as part of their terms of employment and it's really worth it to spend at least a year getting to know the workplace culture and getting to know the clients.
