What I liked
Interlachen Country Club has many opportunities to grow in the business. The ability to grow relationships with the members and make an impact on their lives really helped me grow my communication skills.
What I wish was different
I wish that I could've stayed longer than a summer to grow more experience with the company.
Advice
You need to be coachable. Everyday their are new challenges and new situations you face. It is important to say calm and positive and learn from your mistakes.
