I loved the hands-on approach to public health initiatives employed by IMR. Real-world application of public health principles and knowledge of the populations served by IMR help to form a strong understanding of the organization's impact on populations in need.
What I wish was different
The organizational structure was very messy. Meetings were scheduled, sometimes they actually happened and sometimes they didn't. Requirements varied from very vague to very strict.
