I enjoyed the ambiguity of working at a startup—I was always challenged to do more, but my work made an impact at the company. Also, I appreciate the exposure I got to different parts of the firm.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have taken this opportunity at another time. A return offer was never a possibility because of the macroeconomic environment.
Advice
You get what you put in at a company like InterVenn, but if you are willing to dig deep you will learn so much.
