I learned so much at InterWork and continue to learn - they care about developing your skills and any effort given is rewarded. This opportunity offered a flexible work environment with 3 days remote and 2 days in person. A high-paced and small corporate structure pushed me to take an active role using what I learned at Temple to market in a B2B world.
The role was a true marketing role; I created content, worked with designers, and developed strategy.
What I wish was different
There is not much to complain about at InterWork - everyone is friendly and a pleasure to work with.
Advice
Always ask questions! Everyone at InterWork is highly knowledgeable and will take the time to work with you on any project until you understand.
Take initiative! If you have a project or an idea you think ads value, develop it and take it to your team - they're open to new ideas.
