What I liked
The Culture at Koch is incredible. You will be surrounded by intelligent individuals who are kind and want to help you grow. The management philosophy at Koch is such that no one feels like they can’t go to their manager with ideas and concerns. You own your projects even as an intern. Great company.
What I wish was different
I only wish that the internship could have ended with me accepting a job. I just wasn’t ready to move to Wichita, which is where their opportunities for new hires are for the most part.
Advice
Koch is all about culture fit. If you are seeking a job at Koch then study their core values and really apply them to your life.
