What I liked

Nothing.

What I wish was different

A lot of things. I found the job description to be very deceiving. Working at this company had little to no design work, it was a print job. I do not recommend working here. I was mainly put in back to wrap candies and package food for gift baskets.

Advice

Set your boundaries and know your limits. Leadership would text me after hours asking me to do projects off the clock. Also they had no clue what they were asking for and did not communicate things clearly. They were very unorganized and it left me scrambling to finish projects. I would then be blamed for something that was incomplete because I was left unsure what they wanted and when they wanted it by. I found leadership to be very rude and condescending. They made me question my skills and capabilities.

What I wish was different

Clear direction, and much more professionalism. Leadership was kind of rude/condescending, and often blamed me for mistakes or projects that took too long due to confusing or vague directions. They also expected me to be able to know how to do things their way—without any sort of training or on-boarding process. Leadership would also vent about me to other employees while I was in the next room over.

Advice

Have firm boundaries! If you want to work here you have to very comfortable working under micro-management, but also under a lack of direction. This job made me question myself many times and I was often super stressed.
