What I liked
I absolutely loved the other staff and the management. We had a lot of freedom and trust. I also really enjoyed that we got to listen to our own music back in the kitchen. It is a really laid-back and enjoyable place to work
What I wish was different
I wish the kitchen were just slightly bigger so that we could make more food at one time. But, nothing else to complain about.
Advice
This is an amazing place to work. The whole environment is friendly and calm for the most part. Everything is very straightforward. My advice would be not to get overwhelmed by the recipes because they are always there to reference and do not be afraid to ask as many questions as you need because everyone is so friendly and willing to help.
