I liked how much opportunity I had to grow and learn more about the company. I was given a lot of responsibility and was able to see my work make a difference.
What I wish was different
In the day-to-day, I wish I had been given more daily tasks. The mundane tasks my bosses had could have filled my time a bit more.
Advice
I loved working for the company and could not recommend it more if you want to get into CRE as it is a small firm with a start-up feel, but is a fully corporate company.
