What I liked

Super fun learning and working environment. Training was very in-depth and I never felt like I could not ask questions. I am still learning. Being able to fit your work and school schedules together so well is also, great. I can walk from class to work and back again.

What I wish was different

If you don't like working early in the morning, this job is not for you. Also in general a lot of hours are not offered.

What I liked

ITSS is the gateway to a well-structured technology ecosystem. It has a friendly environment with realistic expectations.

What I wish was different

It sometimes feels like there is a lack of available staff due to the COVID pandemic.

Advice

It was a great job to get office experience and create a foundation in administration, IT, or other technology related work.

What I liked

I love the environment in ITSS! All of the full-time staff are very kind and approachable with any issues, work related or personal. The student employees, like me, have all become a very close group of friends, even outside of work. Aside from the personal connections you'll gain, ITSS works well with a busy college schedule ensuring you get enough work hours, but not too many, to balance out school, work, and social life.
