talking to customers and making sure they were happy with everything
What I wish was different
nothing really. The main shift manager is only 21 and she tends to make some questionable choices on shifts but it was a good job and a nice place to work. I work during any break I have from school (holidays and summer)
Advice
Always ask if there's anything you can do to help in the store...even when it's slow. It looks good to the managers and it usually ends up keeping from having to take an unpaid break or sitting around being bored. It doesn't matter if it's just cleaning- anything is something and the smallest things are everything.
