What I liked

Findorff definitely has the best office environment. The people I worked with were extremely helpful and bolstered my learning experience. I completely enjoyed my time at Findorff.

What I wish was different

I would have loved to work on-site as well for couple of months.

Advice

I'd suggest "Don't be afraid to ask questions". Questions are always welcomed from the supervisors and that's the best way keep learning in your co-op/internship!

What I liked

I really admired how eager, helpful, and friendly all the employees of Findorff were towards it's interns/CoOps. I had a wonderful experience learning about all areas of construction, especially ones that were outside of what my role consisted of during that summer. Findorff is a great place to learn and grow with receiving more challenges and opportunities when working alongside your supervisor.
