I liked the opportunity they gave me to grow my network not only within my team but also across different departments and lines of business. They give you the space to grow professionally. I truly appreciated the effort everyone put forth to help me understand any doubt I had and how they took time off their day to get to know me.
What I wish was different
Not sure to be honest.
Advice
Get out of your comfort zone and try to get to really know as many people as possible.

What I liked
I really loved all the interns and other people that I met throughout my experience. I feel as though I learned so much from them as well as from the daily 8am morning meeting.
What I wish was different
I wish the hours were a little shorter because I was on an average day in the office from 7:30am to 9pm.
Advice
Know the company really well going into the interviews and know why you are applying for that exact position. Take note of what you like and do not like throughout your internship process.

What I liked
Learned a lot about the industry as well as the finance industry as a whole. Met a lot of really smart people and got exposed to a lot.

Getting the chance to do even more work and be more involved with the technical side of things.
Advice
wanting to get to know people and being curious is really helpful in getting an offer and learning as much as you can.
