The internship is very engaging and provides a unique perspective on the "real world" tax accounting work.
What I wish was different
I wish I had studied tax form a bit more before I started my training. Starting from scratch is not difficult, but it would have definitely helped to know my way around a couple of tax forms.
Advice
Always be prepared for changes in procedures, and always be ready for angry customers. Sometimes those things can throw you through a loop so to speak.
