What I liked
The team of people accept you for who you are and are respectable. Enjoyed the Plant floor atmosphere. Team handled a group of new interns spectacularly and met great people.
What I wish was different
I wish organization of the company had been in place for about 3 more years. More so, thankful that change is being made. It was what it needed to be, a great opportunity.

They thicken the skin on ya.

Need to be open to the ways and language of blue collar factory workers. Thick skinned people excel here. Great place to work.
