I was thrilled with the amount of clinical experience demanded in this job and the extensive training I received in applied behavioral analysis and cognitive behavioral therapy. I also enjoyed being responsible for writing children's clinical notes and recording and analyzing behavioral data throughout the day. The team dynamic of the clinical staff was also very effective and the children's marked improvement was extremely rewarding.
