What I liked

Structured internship program at a top tier Private Equity firm focused on enterprise software investing. A lot of access to more senior members of the firm - large open door policy. Weekly training and exposure to live deals processes. Open office culture, great location, phenomenal people and experience.

What I wish was different

More clarity on the status of a return offer.

Advice

Take initiative. Ask questions. Be inquisitive. Have an opinion when you send anyone any piece of work.

What I liked

I really liked the program as a sophmore because the program was stuctured and you were able to learn something every week and apply all of this knowledge at the end to make your own investment memo.
