What I liked
I liked the work environment and how close the staff was and how we would all help each other out, especially amidst a pandemic.
What I wish was different
I wish that there was a better training for the positions. We were severely understaffed and so there was a consistent need to help out in different roles. However I knew no knowledge of how to help fulfill those roles because I was never given the proper training so it made it extremely difficult to help out.
Advice
Don't be afraid to take initiative. As difficult and stressful it was on some days, I came out a much more confident and well rounded person. Sometimes part of the job means doing things from your own will and not having to necessarily be asked to do it.
