As a field organizer, you will work ridiculously long hours, doing very repetitive tasks. Unless you truly believe in your candidate's platform and what programs they want to promote, search for another position or candidate that better suits your ideas and beliefs. In this field, you must find someone you are passionate about supporting not just a job opening. Otherwise, you may find yourself disillusioned by the end.
