What I liked
I have a difficult school schedule and my boss is always willing to chat with me to see what is going to work. I feel heard and appreciated at College Nannies Sitters. If you would like to work at a place that has a super flexible schedule, employers willing to help, and working with kids is your passion you should definitely apply.

Advice
Keep in mind that all kids are different and something that worked for your previous assignment might not work for another. Be open to trying new things.

What I liked
I have loved working at College Nannies and Sitters for the over three years that I have been here. The management is so kind, understanding, and flexible. It is a great job especially for college students. I would recommend this job to anyone!

What I liked
I absolutely love working here! The admin staff are super friendly and caring, and the other tutors and nannies are nice as well. I love that I set my own schedule; the flexibility really helps, especially when I was in college too. I also love helping support my students and nanny families! Seeing a student have their "lightbulb moment" is a touching experience every time. This is my favorite job out of all the jobs I've ever had and I 10/10 recommend this to everyone!!
What I wish was different
Sometimes working with parents can be difficult but I love that if I have a problem, I just have to tell the admin staff and they will talk to the parents instead of me having to.
Advice
I would really advice college students and anyone who needs a flexible schedule to look into this job. Everyone is very nice and the flexibility allows you to work around classes and anything else you have going on!
