What I liked
I loved getting to work with food, creating new products and knowing that they would be on the market. It was interesting seeing how different ingredients interacted to produce a specific product.
What I wish was different
A little more organization would've been nice, but other than that it was a very enjoyable position.
Advice
I would tell people to come prepared to do the same project for weeks at a time! It can sometimes be a slow process, but it's worth it once you finish.
