What I liked

I really enjoyed working with the people and the unique atmosphere/work culture they had.

What I wish was different

One thing would probably be how they operate machines more efficiently & effectively.

What I liked

They teach you a lot, and you're thrown into the fire so you really do learn a lot.

What I wish was different

You're almost too independent, they don't really guide you or give you any real timeframes.

Advice

You need to really push whoever you're working with to teach you stuff, otherwise they won't find time to do it.

What I liked

This position was a good starting position to learn the basic concepts of manufacturing engineering.

What I wish was different

I wish there had been more training and teaching in the internship. Overall it was still a good experience but it could have been better.

Advice

This internship is as much as you make of it. If you want more experience you’ll need to be on top of them to get it.
