That I was able to learn beyond my basic HR tasks and got to learn the ways of the organization and the office. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help me learn and gain takeaways from my experience.
What I wish was different
I wish I was able to spend more time at the office during the week to see more scenarios play out as well as learn more throughout the week.
Advice
Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone! Making mistakes is a part of the learning process and the more things you do that make you uncomfortable will help build your confidence.
