What I liked

It was nice to be active and moving throughout the work day, it makes the work go by faster. It was also nice to have constant fresh air

What I wish was different

Some of the management did not have an accurate understanding of the inner workings of the warehouse.

I would suggest that you work hard but prioritize your safety while working

What I liked

The ability to choose my own hours and the flexibility of the schedule. It was also a very enjoyable job and I was able to enjoy the nice weather outside in the various garden centers.

What I wish was different

At times, communication was poor between the stores and the garden company which resulted in issues occasionally.

What I liked

I liked the responsibility level and ability to take initiative, as well as the very flexible hours.

What I wish was different

There was minimal direction, no coworkers, no accountability, a very limited Amount of training, and the pay was not great given the amount of effort I put in to working there. Your status as an employee is very dependent on the weather and buying trends, so I was let go half way through summer though I had been promised full time work all summer.
