Kalamazoo Loaves and Fishes has implemented a structure that leaves space for change. This organization is a model for other communities who want to open structures that work to bridge the hunger gap in communities. The most fantastic part of the organization is the way that volunteers and staff have wonderful relationships which are united on a equal front in efforts that support the community. I learned more about the city of Kalamazoo... a place I have been living, working, and receiving an education in for the last couple years.
