It was a friendly environment to work in, the management was always looking for the best interest of their employees, with a flexible schedule.
What I wish was different
I wish they had offered more hours to seasonal employees to the hours had been more consistent. One week I would work 40 hours while the next not working more than 12 hours.
Advice
The environment of Kate Spade is incredible, the management really cares about their employees and they show that.

Don't be afraid to ask questions and insert your ideas in group settings. Be prepared with things to say before meetings.
