My experience at Niko LA Leasing allowed me to obtain hands-on experience in real estate, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Through my daily responsibilities, I was able to gain a solid understanding of what it means to run a small business, from attending broker caravans throughout Los Feliz and maintaining an active presence with the client communities, to managing listings on the Multiple Listing Service and producing visual content using Matterport 3D cameras and DJI drones. Most importantly, though, working in a small group yielded a more personalized experience where I could learn more about real estate processes by asking questions.
