I enjoyed that the CED office was so accommodating and flexible with my schedule with a full time job and full time class schedule.
I enjoyed that the CED employees took time out of their day to meet with me (virtually) and get to know me while I got to know them and understand their position better.
What I wish was different
Nothing. They have been an amazing office to work with for my first graduate school internship.

Do not be afraid to jump in and work with students!

What I liked
CED also gives me a lot of freedom to be creative with the projects that I'm assigned, which I really like. I also felt like the training process was very thorough and by the time I started, for example, drop-ins at which I was the lead peer, I felt completely prepared. Feedback on your performance is very clear as well. Additionally, the whole staff at the office is very nice and helpful, and I have had nothing but positive interactions with everyone there!
