Very close knit environment with a small team. Encouraging. There was a lot of opportunities to step out of my comfort zone and really showcase my skills.
What I wish was different
A significant amount of unpaid overtime hours, workplace demand, and lack of emphasis on training exhausted me, and didn't allow me time to learn skills off the job that were necessary for my success in the role.
Advice
Make sure you have strong skills with Java, Spring frameworks, Oracle, etc beforehand as you will not have time to learn on the job.
